Monticello Help Center
Food. Help. Hope.

Our service is driven by our volunteers

Sorters help sort through donated food and clothing. Ability to work with your hands and mobility are important.

Client Services

Our customer service volunteers assist our clients during their trip to the food shelf or clothing center and also answer phone calls.

When you volunteer in distribution you are helping pack food for our clients during our service hours. Working with your hands is necessary.

Our stocking team works after our service hours bringing items out of storage and placing them on the shelves of the shopping area. This requires repetitive movement.

Our cleaning team is very important in keeping our facility looking great. Sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, etc. are part of the duties.

Our delivery volunteers work with receiving our weekly deliveries of food orders. This means unloading trucks and moving items into our facility.

Help create and complete monthly schedule of building maintenance needs through minor building repairs or improvement projects.

Food Rescue

As a food rescue volunteer you will be visiting local participating businesses and picking-up quality food products to bring back to the food shelf.
